Our inspiration comes from Nepal and the Himalayas, where welcoming someone with a warm drink and delicious food is a meaningful part of hospitality. We bring that same feeling into our cafe with a warm, relaxed atmosphere and food and drinks prepared with care. At the heart of our menu is our signature Himalayan Chai, inspired by Nepal's flavors. Made with aromatic Nepalese spices and finished with our special spice blend and coconut flakes, it delivers a rich, comforting taste that captures the heart of Himalayan Cafe. For an extra boost, our Himalayan Dirty Chai combines those signature flavors with espresso. Our drink menu also features specialty coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, and creative matcha drinks. Favorites like our refreshing Cloud Matcha and colorful Strawberry Matcha give our guests something different to discover alongside traditional coffeehouse classics. Food is another big part of our experience. We serve freshly made crepes, waffles, sandwiches, bagels, parfaits, pastries, desserts, and Nepalese-inspired creations.
